The rates are specified in Hryvnias including VAT as of November 1, 2011. The Pension Fund duty at the rate of 7.5% of the service cost is charged additionally excluding VAT. The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation.

SPECIFIC DETAILS OF USING THE SERVICE

Monthly cost for using the service being UAH 5 is deducted for the first time at the moment of subscription to the service and afterwards – once every 30 days up till the moment when you personally unsubscribe from the service. The monthly payment for the service is deducted from the main money account. In case when after deducting the monthly payment the account balance becomes negative or zero, usage of the service is suspended and will be resumed providing the account is recharged for any amount and its balance becomes positive.
 
To make sure that calls to Russia are charged according to the rates of the service “Calls and SMS to Russia for 15 Kopecks”, follow the standard way of dialing the number:
  • < + > àáî < 00 > < 7 (code of Russia)> < city /mobile network code > < subscriber phone number >
Subscription to the service is open for all MTS Prepaid users that are serviced according to the conditions of all tariff plans containing the attachment “Super MTS without Connection Fee” in their names and those serviced according to the conditions of MAX Energy in their names and those serviced according to the conditions of MAX Energy tariff. Subscription to the service is possible after the first recharge of the account for the amount of UAH 35 or more with a single payment transaction.
