MTS Prepaid subscribers and JEANS can activate all GPRS services independently having sent the SMS-message on number 1040001.

MTS contract subscribers can activate services personally having called on number 111 (free of charge across Ukraine with mobile phone of MTS network, 24 hours a day). Or Via the Internet Helper service

You also can adjust these services on phone by means of service the order of automatic adjustments for MTS site.
