To become the MTS Prepaid subscriber, it is enough to get a starting package with any of the offered tariffs of MTS.

The starting package needs to be activated, having made a call before the date specified on its underside within Ukraine in MTS network. To take advantage of a telecommunication service of MTS, it is necessary for you to have a mobile phone with GSM 900 / 1800 standard.

If you have not taken advantage of a SIM-card which is apart of a starting package (did not made a call before the specified date), you cannot take advantage of services with this starting package. After activation period the validity of your number is established for 30 days from the moment of a call at the absence of account top up. After account top up the service lasts for 365 days. For prevention of switching-off of your number preliminary take care of an action prolongation. To renew your number probably only by account top up. At each top up of the account by the voucher of any face value period of validity of your number lasts for 365 days from the moment of account top up.

ATTENTION!In the absence of outgoing events (for example, received / dialled calls and SMS) to the number for 10 months subscription the subscriber can be changed at any other rate available for the transition.

To become the Contract subscriber, it is necessary to choose a tariff package and to sign the contract on services renderring of a mobile communication with MTS company.

To sign the Contract/Agreement must provide the following documents and information:

valid passport of Ukrainian citizen with a mark of registration of a person in Ukraine
certificate of identification numbers;
information about your place of residence (address)
information about the contact phone number in Ukraine
