From now on, the subscribers of MTS Ukraine services have an option of free call to home network customer support centre while roaming in United Kingdom.

The service of free calls to home customer support centre is provided within program of co-operation between MTS Ukraine and Vodafone UK companies.

The service of free calls to home customer support centre is provided in a range of stores throughout all territory of United Kingdom.

In these stores, assistance to international travellers is provided. In specially equipped areas named «International Help & Advice», special phones are mounted. These phones are usually furnished with special displays enabling automatic dialling of customer support number in subscriber’s home network. If there is no special display connected to the phone, MTS subscriber should dial Customer support number as follows: 0038050508111 or +380505081111.
