How to Check the Amount of Bonuses?

You can check the amount of bonuses on your account by yourself by sending a USSD request from your mobile. For this, dial the following combination *110*14# and press the call key or by means of the Internet Helper service.

Look at the last page of your monthly bill: there’s a column showing the status of your additional account.

You can also call 111 free of charge from your mobile and representatives of the Call Center will advise you as regards the amount of bonuses accumulated by you.
