“Call me back in roaming” for MTS Prepaid subscribers

In order to make the incoming call free for the called subscriber, the calling subscriber must dial the number of the called subscriber in roaming via the special prefix 333.

 

For example, if the number of the called subscriber in roaming is 0501108001, then in order to call this number the calling subscriber must dial 3330501108001.

 

The subscriber receiving a free incoming call in roaming will see the number of the calling subscriber according to the international format.

 

Free incoming calls within the frames of the “Call me back” in roaming service are available for MTS Prepaid subscribers in all countries with which MTS Ukraine has contracted for the international roaming services.

 

In order to notify another MTS subscriber of the necessity to accept a free incoming call in roaming, dial the USSD combination *105* < the subscriber’s number > # and press the call button.

 

For example, if you want to receive a free incoming call in roaming from from the MTS subscriber with the number 0501108002 and make sure that this call is free for you, dial *105*0501108002#. Upon sending this request you will receive on your mobile phone’s display the following message confirming sending of your request to the subscriber whose call you are expecting: “Zapyt bulo vidpravleno abonentu 0501108002. Popovnennya rahunku *100*kod vauchera#. 15-12-2010 10:15”*.

 

The subscriber whose telephone number is indicated in the request will soon receive an SMS message from your number asking him/her to call you back using the prefix 333 according to the established tariff:

“Ya v roumingu.Peredzvonit’ meni na nomer 3330501108001. Òaryf 14,50 grn z PDV bez PF. 15-12-2010 10:15”.

 

 

Sending of the USSD request and receiving of the SMS message asking to make a call via the special prefix 333 are not the prerequisite for making such a call. The calling subscriber can make calls according to his/her own decision.

 

Each call for the calling subscriber is charged at UAH 14.50 including VAT and excluding the contribution to PF. The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation.  For an MTS subscriber that is being called via the special prefix 333, the incoming call in roaming will be free of charge.

 

The request *105* < the subscriber’s number > # as well as the information SMS message which is sent to the subscriber in Ukraine are free of charge for both subscribers.

 

 Calls via the special prefix 333 can be made by MTS Ukraine contract subscribers who opened the “International Line” service and by MTS Prepaid users providing that they stay on the territory of Ukraine at the time of making a call. Each call for the calling subscriber will be charged at UAH 14.50 including VAT and excluding the contribution to PF. The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation.  For an MTS subscriber that is being called via the special prefix 333, the incoming call in roaming will be free of charge.

 

The MTS Prepaid subscriber that is being called via the special prefix 333 can be located in any country with which MTS Ukraine has contracted for the international roaming services.

 

The requests *105* < the subscriber’s number > # can be sent within all those networks where it is possible to check the account balance.

 

Connection via the special prefix 333 will be established even in case when the called subscriber stays in Ukraine or has set the call forwarding to the number in Ukraine. For the calling subscriber the call in this case will be charged at UAH 14.50 including VAT and excluding the contribution to PF.

 

If the special prefix 333 is used to call a contract subscriber in roaming, the incoming call will be charged and accounted in the bill as ordinary incoming call in roaming. For the calling subscriber the call in this case will be charged at UAH 14.50 including VAT and excluding the contribution to PF.
