Call Forwarding

This service is given to subscribers of all tariff packages free of charge and is included in the base service pack.

 

Call forwarding service gives possibility to redirect incoming calls to any other telephone number in Ukraine. Calls, received by Your mobile telephone, can be diverted to the telephone of city network, to other mobile telephone in Ukraine or on Voice mail. Incoming calls forwarding installed by you will not prevent you to make outgoing calls from Your telephone.

 

 

Attention! Instructions, given below, can be used by any device of GSM standard. However most models have own simplified procedures of menu for the use of this service (look through Your telephone instructions).

 

All incoming calls forwarding (or absolute forwarding) means that every incoming call is automatically redirected to the telephone number chosen by you (for example, to the home number). Thus, Your mobile device does not call. A service is activated even in case, when a device is turned off. Absolute call forwarding mode abolishes all remaining call forwarding modes. In order Your telephone began to receive incoming calls, call forwarding must be abolished.

 

 

Call forwarding of no answer means, that if you do not answer the received call during some time, a call automatically goes to the number chosen by you before. But if Your telephone is turned off or is out of the area of network coverage, a call will not be redirected. A caller hears a message that a device of calling subscriber is out of the area of network coverage. You can take advantage of call forwarding, if a subscriber is not available (service code – 62).

 

 

Call forwarding, if a subscriber is not available means that if Your telephone is turned off or is out of area of network coverage, every incoming call is automatically redirected to other telephone number. When a subscriber turns on his device or goes back into the area of network coverage of MТS, incoming calls are received as usual.

 

 

Call forwarding, if a number of called subscriber is busy means that if Your device is busy (you already speak with somebody), a new incoming call is automatically redirected to Your telephone number set before.

 

 

All three types of relative call forwarding (on no answer, if a called subscriber is not available and if busy) complement each other and can be used in any combination. Calls can be redirected to different numbers. However installing of all incoming calls forwarding (absolute call forwarding) abolishes an action of all other call forwarding modes.

 

 

Call forwarding service is given to MТS subscribers free of charge. However all redirected calls are under tariffs an outgoing call from Your mobile telephone to the number of call forwarding.

 

Attention! At the usage of the conditional call forwarding in roaming payment for the forwarding call in most cases is levied as the payment for an incoming call in roaming and for the outgoing forwarding call in roaming. It is recommended when using the service of roaming to attentively check up the proposed forwarding and, if there is no need in using it, to cancel them.
