In Russia, Belorussia, Armenia and Uzbekistan you can check up your mobile account balance FOR FREE from the MTS Group networks by calling the MTS Call Center at number +380 50 508 1111.

Calls to the Call Center number +380 50 508 1111 are free only within the MTS Group networks. If in other networks, the first minute of a call is free but starting from the second minute charging of calls is in accordance with the roaming tariffs of the area of stay.

Information about mobile account balance that is sent in response to the request of a subscriber in roaming may differ from the actual current account balance of such subscriber by several hours. This is because transfer of data on use of services in roaming by contract subscribers from roaming partners to MTS Ukraine and processing of such data require some time.
