New quality of services for MTS subscribers

New and most up-to-date Contact Center for MTS subscribers – it’s an extended network of autoinformers enabling the company’s clients, without undue efforts and waste of time, to:

receive answers to the majority of questions arising in the course of using mobile communication services;
directly contact the Contact Center operator for assistance.

Call the Contact Center round-the-clock at the following numbers:

111 – a short mobile number used for making calls from mobile phones connected to MTS network (calls inside Ukraine are free). By calling to this number, new and existing MTS subscribers can learn about tariffs, loyalty programs, offers, special proposals, services as well as obtain information about their account status. You may also call this number in case you have lost your mobile phone; have a question regarding blocking of your number, difficulties with SMS service and if you’d like to express your comments regarding the company’s coverage. You can look through the structure of the autoinformer 111 in “Self-service” section.
555 – a short mobile number used to be quickly connected with an operator (cost UAH 0.47 for each twenty first second of first minute of call). After having selected the topic of your question, you’ll be connected with an operator who will provide you with a qualified consultation.
044 240 00 00 – all potential and existing customers of the company can call this number from any phone and get general information about MTS, such as current offers, tariffs, up-to-date questions etc.

For calls from abroad use the following numbers:

+38 050 508 1111 (calls are chargeable); and
111 – short mobile number (calls are chargeable).

You can get the necessary information in the automatic mode by using additional short numbers of the Contact Center:

111 (free of charge) or USSD request: *110*10#; and
111 (free of charge) or USSD request: *110*20#.

For legal persons, ordering of services is performed on the basis of requests sent by fax. Fax number of MTS Contact Center:
