Terms and Conditions of MTS Bonus Program

1. The bonuses granted under MTS Bonus program can be used to obtain goods/services on special conditions and/or at special prices only at PrJSC «MTS Ukraine» or its partners under MTS Bonus program. The list of partners involved in the program, quantity and range of goods/services and conditions of their provision are established and may be modified without subscribers’ consent.

 

2. Exchange of bonuses is possible only if there is no debt on the account.

 

3. Bonuses not used within 2 years from the moment of their granting shall be cancelled.

 

4. Bonuses that are spent on goods/services offered on special conditions and/or at special prices shall be used according to their intended purpose only, i.e. for obtaining goods/services from the list posted on the official web-site of MTS in «Gifts for MTS Contract Subscribers» section. Money equivalent of goods/services may not be given; goods/services may not be subject to exchange or return.

 

5. A voucher may be used during two months from the moment of its issue. After the effective period expires, unused voucher shall become invalid and may not be further used for its intended purpose. The bonuses withdrawn in exchange for such voucher shall not be renewed.

 

6. Special conditions for purchasing mobile phones or modems at PrJSC «MTS Ukraine» brand stores shall only be granted providing that the Additional Agreement with validity period of 1/1.5/2 years is signed. One contract registered at a personal account enables to get extra minutes of one type only or purchase only one mobile phone at a special price. If a contract is supplemented with an effective Additional Agreement a subscriber can obtain extra minutes or get special conditions for purchasing a mobile phone only after such Additional Agreement expires or providing it expires in less than 60 calendar days. If a contract has valid extra minutes for mobile communication services obtained within MTS Bonus program without signing the Additional Agreement (except for extra SMS, MMS, GPRS WAP and extra minutes inside MTS network), a subscriber may obtain special conditions for purchasing a mobile phone only after expiration of validity of such extra minutes.

 

7. PrJSC «MTS Ukraine» may not be held responsible for the quality of goods/services provided by its partners under MTS Bonus program.

 

8. A special price is determined taking into account the standard price for goods/services established by PrJSC «MTS Ukraine» or its partner for all customers who purchase goods/services on general conditions as of the date of producing a voucher.

 

9. If the cost of goods/services actually consumed by a subscriber at a special price is higher than the cost of a special offer he/she is entitled to, the difference shall be covered by a subscriber at its own expense. The special offer prices include VAT.
