You need a notebook or a personal computer to use “MTS Connect” service. In addition, it is necessary to get acquainted with “MTS Connect” service usage rules, sign a contract with MTS in one of corporate shops or offices of MTS and purchase CDMA-modem.
 
After signing a contract MTS gives you start package with RUIM-card and a software supplement.
 
It is necessary to insert the RUIM-card in the modem, connect modem to the notebook or PC,  then install the software provided by MTS and with its help activate access to the Internet.
