Scratch cards

Scratch cards is the easiest and most accessible method to pay your bill.

МТS offers scratch cards – a convenient method to top up your account for MTS Contract customers.

Scratch cards are account recharge scratch cards of the face values: UAH 35 and UAH 90.

Upon account recharge with a scratch card of any face value, effective period of MTS Prepaid service is set for 365 days. If no incoming/outgoing calls are made or SMS are sent within 180 days, service provision may be suspended. The maximum call length is 1,800 seconds. Please, take care in advance of extending your card effective period, since upon expiration of this period, a phone number may not be renewed and an account balance shall be annulled.

How to recharge your account using a payment card?

To recharge your account using a scratch card, erase protection cover on the back of a voucher. You will see under the protection cover 14 digits – a secret recharge code.

The easiest way to recharge an account is to dial on your mobile phone set keyboard the following combination without spaces: *100* secret recharge code # (in Ukraine and most countries while roaming).

You can also recharge your account with the help of a voice menu:

Call 7722 (toll-free, only in Ukraine).

Follow the voice prompts and enter 14 digits of a secret code without pauses.

Cash shall be added to your account within the time range between 5 minutes and several hours.

Account balance check: 111 (toll-free) or USSD request: *110*10# and press the call button.

Support Service: 111 – from a mobile.

Save the spent voucher and cashier’s receipt until the cash enters your account number or personal account.

You may recharge your account with a scratch card any time in Ukraine and in most countries from a roaming mobile. See the list of countries at www.mts.com.ua

ATTENTION! Do not disclose anybody a secret code of the voucher. МТS and МТS partners do not carry out any campaigns supposing (full or partial) disclosure of a secret code.
