Electronic bill

All contract MTS subscribers can get their bills without calls’ details by å-mail.
 
To order (refuse from) an e-bill, do as follows:
 
If a subscriber is an individual:
 
1. Send an order to MTS_info@mts.com.ua from e-mail you desire to receive the bill to.
2. Indicate in the Subject: Order (refusal) of an e-bill without calls’ details.
3. Indicate the following data in the body text: phone number(s), full name, passport details (series, number) of the phone number holder. Expected bill format – HTML, XLS or TXT.
 
If a subscriber is a legal entity:
 
1. Send an application (on headed paper, signed by CEO and sealed by a company seal) to the Contact Center by fax: 8 (044) 240-240-0, or 8 (044) 254-31-32 – the latter number is intended for subscribers who hold over 20 numbers on their personal accounts.
2. The application should indicate:
  • Personal account number (contract numbers, phone numbers), which the service is ordered for.
  • Desired service - Order (refusal) of an e-bill without calls’ details.
  • E-mail address, where an e-bill without calls’ details should be sent to.
  • Expected bill format – HTML, XLS or TXT.
  • Contact number and contact person.
 
Attention!
 
  • Electronic bill does not contain signed and sealed tax invoices.
  • If a subscriber has the service of detailed printed bill delivery ordered, he/she can’t receive an electronic non-detailed bill.
 
Ordering and delivery of e-bills (without calls’ details) is free of charge.
