The bonuses that you have earned under MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus” can be exchanged for MTS Bonus loyalty program gifts:

MTS gifts (money for account, discount for services, pachets of SMS or MMS) or
MTS partners gifts (subscription to a magazines, vouchers of discounts).

To exchange bonuses to the gifts:

request the balance of bonuses on your account by using USSD *777*1#;
go to the site page “How to exchange the bonuses” and choose the gift (or several) according to the quantity of bonuses on your account;
exchange the bonuses to the gifts by using USSD request proper to the chosen gift;
if you choose MTS gift it will be activated during the 24 hours.
if you choose MTS partners gift it will be delivered to you by post during 4-5 weeks.

In case of any difficulty that you face in the course of bonus exchange, call the MTS Info Center at 111 for (free of charge form a mobile phone within MTS network in Ukraine, 24 hours a day).

Only registered customers of MTS Prepaid can exchange the bonuses for MTS partners gifts.You can register at the MTS web-site in the MTS Registration section. Delivery of the vouchers and other goods shall be carried out to the address specified by the program participant in the registration data.

MTS is not responsible for the quality of goods and / or services that are provided by MTS partners under the MTS Bonus program.
