What is roaming and how does it work?

How to pay and top up the account?

What is the difference between the detailed account and detailed information on making calls the previous period? How much is it charged?

The detailed account allows along with an account for connection services to get the detailed description of every requiring payment event made in a calculation period (cost, date, duration of outgoing calls, SMS, GPRS services, etc.)
 
It is possible to order the detailed account by a post or e-mail.
 
A subscriber gets the paper detailed account monthly with an ordinary account
 
Cost:
  • for individuals activating of the service cost 33 UAH (for every contract),  33 UAH each month is taken off for using the service (per each contract). You can make an order in CCC with a positive balance on your account
  • for legal parties activating of service cost 33 UAH per every contract, 33 UAH each month is taken off for using the service, per each contract. Submit an order by fax 044 240 24 00, on a letterhead with a seal and director's signature.
 
A subscriber gets the electronic detailed account monthly to his e-mail.
  • For individuals activating of the service is charged 33 UAH (for every contract), each month 12 UAH is taken off for using the service (for entire personal account). To order the service send the letter from your e-mail to address mts_info@mts.com.ua. In a letter you have to indicate the telephone number, passports information and address, e-mail to which the accounts will be sent. A request is processed at positive balance.
  • For legal parties the service activating is charged 33 UAH per each contract, monthly  100 UAH is taken off from the personal account. I.e. it does not depend on how many contracts are on the personal account 2 or 20, 100 UAH is taken off each month. You can make an order by fax 044 240 24 00, on a letterhead (with a seal and director’s signature) indicating the e-mail address, where to send accounts.
 
Using the service «detailed information on the calls for the previous period» you can get the detailed description of every charged event made during the previous periods of calculations (cost, date, duration of outgoing calls, SMS, GPRS services, etc.).
 
The detailed information on the made calls for the previous period is offered to the subscribers for the previous period. Information is available for the previous 3 months. Service is provided ONLY in the MTS brand-shops. The service costs 33 UAH per each month.
  • For individuals – it is necessary to have a passport, only the owner of the number can get the data.
  • For legal parties it is necessary to have a passport, letter-warrant on getting the detailed data. In a letter it must be specified the numbers and period of time for which it is necessary to give information.

Can I get a bill to e-mail?

All contract MTS subscribers can get their bills without calls’ details by å-mail.
 
To order (refuse from) an e-bill, do as follows:
 
If a subscriber is an individual:
 
1. Send an order to MTS_info@mts.com.ua from e-mail you desire to receive the bill to.
2. Indicate in the Subject: Order (refusal) of an e-bill without calls’ details.
3. Indicate the following data in the body text: phone number(s), full name, passport details (series, number) of the phone number holder. Expected bill format – HTML, XLS or TXT.
 
If a subscriber is a legal entity:
 
1. Send an application (on headed paper, signed by CEO and sealed by a company seal) to the Contact Center by fax: 044 240 24 00, or 044 254 31 32 – the latter number is intended for subscribers who hold over 20 numbers on their personal accounts.
2. The application should indicate:
  • Personal account number (contract numbers, phone numbers), which the service is ordered for.
  • Desired service - Order (refusal) of an e-bill without calls’ details.
  • E-mail address, where an e-bill without calls’ details should be sent to.
  • Expected bill format – HTML, XLS or TXT.
  • Contact number and contact person.
 
Attention!
 
  • Electronic bill does not contain signed and sealed tax invoices.
  • If a subscriber has the service of detailed printed bill delivery ordered, he/she can’t receive an electronic non-detailed bill.
 
Ordering and delivery of e-bills (without calls’ details) is free of charge.
