How to unblock a number?

  • If a number is disconnected on the basis of a debt, number is connected automatically, after the redemption to the personal account of a subscriber. To find out a credit balance of the account send USSD request.

  • If a number was disconnected at will of subscriber, connecting takes place at positive balance when a subscriber request for connecting:
    • individuals have to provide passport data to the number 111
    • legal parties have to send a letter-request on behalf of organization on a letterhead, notarized by a director's signature and with a seal by fax 044 2402400.
 
  • If a number was disconnected by reason of theft or loss, switching takes place in CCC in the same way to switching of number at will of subscriber (on condition of activating of number without replacement of SIM-card) or in MTS brand-shops (Dealer CCC) on condition of replacement of SIM-card.
 
Cost of the switching number service is 12.10 UAH with VAT, replacement of SIM-card is 20 UAH with VAT.
 
  • If a number was blocked in the case of incorrect entering of PIN-code, most telephones inquire PUK-code (A PUK-code is indicated in a starting package), after the entering of which the new PIN code is entered. If a PUK-code was entered right, a telephone will be unblocked. A subscriber has 10 attempts of PUK-code entering.
 
In case if a PUK-code is lost, to apply to CCC for getting a PUK-code it is necessary:
 
    • for individuals, call to number 111 and submit passports data, indicated in an agreement on providing mobile communication services, specify a password (if available)
    • for legal parties send by fax 8044 2402400 letter on a letterhead with the signature of director, seal of organization, contact information (telephone number, contact person) indicate the telephone number for which it is necessary to represent a PUK-code.
    • By means of the Internet Helper service
 
Term of granting of PUK-code – for individuals in case of successful identification is possible in the process of speaking; for legal parties – within one a working day.
