Settings of Dial-Up connection for Windows CE

To enter the Section "Modem", select Start > Settings > Connections > Modem.

In the section Modem create new Dial-Up connection and press New Connection…, under a relevant name (i.e.: MTS NET GPRS).

In the section Select a modem: indicate the type of connection you use (via the cable, infrared port or Bluetooth), in the section Baud Rate: the speed of data transfer.

Then press Next and indicate in the new window the short phone number for access – *99# or *99***1# depending on the phone model. There is no need to change parameters of Country code: and Area code.

Press Next. If service parameters are not set in your mobile phone, in the line Extra dial-string modem commands: indicate the following initialization line: +CGDCONT=1,"IP", "www.mts.com.ua".

Press Finish to record parameters of new Dial-Up connection.

New Dial-Up connection MTS NET GPRS has been set. Then go to the section Start > Settings > Connections > Modem, press Dialing -> Dialing Patterns… and correct nthe text in the field For local calls, dial: to read as G.

Now all settings are set. Enjoy your communication!
