Rates for international calls in “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service

Outgoing international calls within the frames of the service, UAH/min	1 (25 min/month for UAH 25/month)

The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation.

The rates are specified in UAH including VAT. The Pension Fund duty in the amount of 7.5% of the service cost is additionally charged excluding VAT.

Specific features of using “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service

Upon subscription to “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service you will be granted 25 minutes for international calls on a monthly basis. The minutes are granted at the moment of subscription to the service and remain valid until the end of the month in which the order was made. Thereafter validity period of the service will be one calendar month. The minutes left unused in the current calendar month may not be carried over to the following period.

For international calls within the frames of “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service use the standard format for dialing a number:
+ < country code > < city/operator code > < subscriber number > call

ATTENTION! The promotional rates offered under “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service shall not apply in case you dial the number according to the following format:
000 < country code > < city/operator code > < subscriber number >

Attention! Starting from 04.06.2011 when calling to fixed numbers of Georgia you need to dial an additional 2, after the city code. For example:

+995 (Georgia Code) – city code – 2 – number.

Starting from 20.06.2011 when calling to subscribers of mobile operators in Georgia you must dial an additional 5 after the country code. For example:

+995 (Code of Georgia) – 5 – area code – phone number.

Any MTS Prepaid subscriber can activate “1 Hryvnia Worldwide!” service only once per month.

Costs and charges in “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service

Cost of subscription to the service is UAH 10.

Monthly payment for the service is UAH 5 which is deducted at the moment of activation of the service for the current month of use and thereafter – on the first day of each month.

Cost of the service package per month is UAH 25 which is deducted at the moment of the first international call during a month with simultaneous provision of 25 minutes.

Charging of calls after exhausting the 25 minutes allowance is done according to the standard rates.

To control the amount of minutes spent within the service please use the service control codes given in the table below.

In Super MTS without Connection Fee 0-25 and Super MTS without Connection Fee 0-35 tariff plans charging for calls (to Russia – for 0-25; to Russia, China and Israel – for 0-35) is first of all performed at the expense of the minutes granted under “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service.

Attention! “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service shall not apply to calls in the following directions: Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Maldives, Macedonia, Morocco, Tunisia, Montenegro, Cuba, Libya, Somali, Algeria, Guinea. Oman, Burma, Madagascar, French Polynesia, Sierra Leone, Congo, Djibouti, Mauritania, Togo, Papua New Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe, Tonga, North Korea, Gambia, Solomon Islands, Central African Republic, Comoro Islands, Tuvalu, Asuncion, Cook Islands, Eritrea, Nauru, Norfolk Island, Eastern Timor, Greenland.

As well as calls to the networks of the following satellite communication operators: Inmarsat, Iridium, Thuraya, Globalstar, International Networks, MCP.

Regardless of activation of “1 Hryvnia Worldwide” service for your mobile phone number all calls to the above said directions will be charged according to the standard rates.
