How to Set Up Hyper.NET in phone and PC

To start using Hyper.NET service, you need:

To activate Hyper.NET for your mobile number. Contract subscribers can activate the service using the free Internet Helper Service or calling by tel. 111 (toll-free from an MTS mobile in Ukraine, 24 hours) or at any MTS retail outlet. MTS Prepaid subscribers only need to send a free of charge SMS to number 1040007 or use USSD query: to dial on their handset *109*217# and press the call button.
