Bonus Awarding Procedure

Bonuses under the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program are granted for all cashless transactions you make in retail outlets within and outside the territory of Ukraine.

For every UAH 5 spent in cashless form you will get 1 mobile bonus.

Bonuses are added to a special bonus account within 2 days upon a purchase in a retail outlet or Internet shop.

If phone number listed in the bank for charging bonuses will be blocked or temporarily disabled at the moment of transferring bonuses from the bank, bonuses will not be charged on personal account.

Bonuses are added only to those subscribers whose phone number is active (not disconnected). If your phone number is temporarily disconnected at the moment of bonus awarding, bonuses will not be added.
