Who can take part in the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval Joint Loyalty Program “Mobile Bonus MTS”?

MTS Contract subscribers – individuals and legal persons can participate in the “Mobile Bonus MTS” joint loyalty program.

If the phone number listed in the bank for charging bonuses will be blocked or temporarily disabled at the moment of transferring bonuses from the bank, bonuses will not be charged on personal account.

Bonuses from Raiffeisen Bank Aval will be charged to the subscriber's account as well as bonuses under MTS Bonus program. If phone number listed in the bank branch for charging bonuses registered on legal entity, then charged bonuses will be in dispose of authorized representative of the legal person.

How will bonuses be granted under the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval Joint Loyalty Program “Mobile Bonus MTS”?

Bonuses under the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “Mobile Bonus MTS” shall be granted for all cashless transactions you make in retail outlets within and outside the territory of Ukraine.

For every UAH 5 spent in cashless form you will get 1 mobile bonus.

Bonuses are added to a special bonus account within 2 days upon your purchase in a retail outlet or Internet shop.

Bonuses are added only to active (available) users. If your phone number is temporarily unavailable at the moment of granting, bonuses will not be added.

If you have several phone numbers registered on your account, the collected amount of bonuses under the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program will be accessible for all numbers on your personal account.

If phone number listed in the bank branch for charging bonuses registered on legal entity, then charged bonuses will be in dispose of authorized representative of the legal person.

What will happen to my bonuses if I change my tariff plan?

If you migrate from your MTS Contract tariff plan to another MTS Contract one and remain a subscriber – individual, the bonuses collected under the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “Mobile Bonus MTS” will remain unchanged on your account.

If you join your number to corporate numbers, your bonuses will be cancelled.

How many bonuses can I get?

The number of bonuses added to your account under the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program depends on the amount of cashless transaction you make. The more you pay with an MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval card, the more bonuses you earn.

For every UAH 5 spent in cashless form you will get 1 mobile bonus.

You can get information about the bonuses granted during the last month in the scope of the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program at the Bank Customer Care Center, tel.: 521 (free of charge from any MTS Ukraine mobile, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

I have spent far more funds from my card than the bonuses added to my account. What is the matter?

You can get this kind of information by phone at the Raiffeisen Bank Aval Customer Care Center, short telephone number: 521 (free of charge from an MTS mobile in Ukraine, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

I have withdrawn cash with the help of an MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval card at the bank office (through ATM) and no bonuses have been added. Why?

Bonuses are granted only for cashless transactions (for example, payment for goods in a retail outlet, for gasoline at a gas station, purchasing of scratch cards through ATMs and Raiffeisen Bank Aval Vending kiosks). Withdrawal of cash is not subject to bonus program.

What presents can I exchange bonuses granted under the MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “Mobile bonus MTS” for?

They are not accounted on a separate basis. When exchanging bonuses for presents, the total amount of all your bonuses is considered.

I am a holder of a Raiffeisen Bank Aval credit (salary) card. May I open an MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval card?

Besides the card you hold, you may open one more card in your own name or for your close relative. BUT, in this case, all the accumulated bonuses will go only to an MTS subscriber being a holder of the principal card account.
