Get MTS – RB Aval charge card

To get an МТS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval card, fill a questionnaire or contact the nearest Raiffeisen Bank Aval retail outlet. Details about the terms and conditions of cards opening procedure are available at www.aval.ua or by tel. 521, Bank Information Center (toll-free from an МТ S mobile in Ukraine, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Attention! On filling out an application for getting a bank card, you are to visit Raiffeisen Bank Aval outlet in person to sign requisite documents.

Please, have the following documents on you: an effective passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a certificate of a taxpayer identification number.
