Check bonus amount

You can get information about the bonuses granted during the last month at Contact Center by calling 111 (free of charge from MTS mobile phone within Ukraine, round-the-clock).

If you have several phone numbers registered on your account, the collected amount of bonuses under the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program will be accessible for all numbers on your personal account.

You can see the amount of bonuses granted on the last page of your monthly account:

Current period bonuses (for payments made with an МТS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval card)

You can get real-time information about the balance of bonuses at the moment of request by sending a USSD request:

*110*14# (information about the amount of bonuses on your account)

Attention! On this request you will see the total amount of bonuses earned under the “MTS Bonus” loyalty program and the MTS – Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “Mobile Bonus MTS”.
