If your Voice Mail is not activated, please do as follows:

For contract MTS subscribers: dial number 111 to call the Contact Centre, go to “Services and their settings” section and, following the instructions, activate the services with the help of the password for IVR, or wait for the reply of the operator.
For the subscriber of MTS Prepaid: call number 7744. The cost of each call to number 7744 for MTS Prepaid subscribers is 10 hrn. (including the VAT, not including the Pension Tax).

The initial password to access your voice mailbox is 0000.
