  Tariffs are in UAH with VAT. Pension tax equal to 7,5% of service price without VAT is withheld additionally.

   

  Price for package or service, price for extra services of service package, package minutes or other services within a package are calculated in proportion to days of service for a valid phone number in corresponding tariff package.

  Change of the tariff package from the old tariff line for the tariff package from the new tariff line (New Connect 50/100/150/Unlimited) costs UAH 32.70.

  Replacement of tariff package with package of lesser amount of services costs 32.70 UAH. Replacement of tariff package with package of greater amount of services is free.

  Possibility of switching to or from special (promotional) offer packages is limited and indicated in side agreements in validated tariffs.

  To change the MTS Connect tariff, you can use the Internet Helper service or call 111.Calls to the specified number are free of charge. Cost of the change of the tariff depends on your effective tariff plan.

  Terms of tariffing

  Tariffing of the service is kilobyte-based, so every kilobyte is tariffed.

   

  Tariffing is made taking into consideration that 1 megabyte is equal to 1024 kilobytes, and 1 kilobyte is equal to 1024 bytes.

   

  Both incoming and outgoing traffic is tariffed.

   

  Tariffing for national and international traffic is the same.

   

  The prepayment principle is used for service payment.

   

  If for you are also a GSM-contract subscriber, the payments you made go to your joint personal account.

   

  You can see the report of the mayments you made in a monthly bill for the telecommunication services by PrJSC “MTS Ukraine”.

• Overnight Connect 3G Service
   

  Mega cheap 3G Iinternet all throuch the night! Cost per 1 MB is less than 1 kopeck from 00:00 p.m. till 08:00 a.m.!

  New service "Overnight Connect 3G" for all contract Subscribers! The service comes into operation upon using up the bundled traffic included in your tariff package!

  The tariffs are specified in Hryvnias including VAT. The Pension Fund duty in the amount of 7.5% of the service cost is charged additionally excluding VAT.

   

  SERVICE PROVISION CONDITIONS

  The service "Overnight Connect 3G" comes into operation upon using up the traffic provided within the frames of the monthly fee for your tariff package:

  Payment for the service "Overnight Connect 3G" is deducted on a one-time basis at the beginning of a calendar month along with the cost of your tariff package following which you are provided with the corresponding amount of Mbytes, as prescribed by the service conditions.

   

  Upon exceeding the amount of Mbytes included in the bundle – traffic is paid in accordance with the conditions of your tariff plan.

   

  In the event the contract is blocked, the service "Overnight Connect 3G" is provided in proportion to the days of actual use.

   

  HOW TO ACTIVATE / DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE AND CHECK THE REMAINING MB

  1. Use Internet Helper

  2. Contact Call Center at:

  • 111 – for free if calling from MTS and JEANS mobile phone within Ukraine, 24h round service;
  • +38 044 240 00 00 – on chargeable basis if calling from landline numbers and mobile phones within Ukraine in accordance with the current tariffs, 24h round service.

  3. Go to the MTS branded stores and shops of MTS dealers.

  The static IP address service is provided only if you subscribe on a contract basis.

   

  Advantages of the static IP address:
