MTS International
Call abroad at the reduced rates!
MTS International is a new opportunity of high quality communication with subscribers of any country throughout the world via the special code 000 at the rates that are significantly lower than the ordinary international tariffs.
International rates of the MTS International service
Cost for using the MTS International service is UAH 5 a month and is withdrawn only if you actually used it.
International calls made with 000 access code are paid in according to this table(for the MTS Prepaid and MTS Contract subscribers):

Business time: Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00.
Non-business time: Monday-Friday 20:00-08:00, Saturday and Sunday – 24 hours per day.
The tariffs are in UAH including VAT. The Pension Fund duty is additionally charged in the amount of 7.5% of the service cost excluding VAT. The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation.
Subscription to the MTS International service
For the new subscribers: To subscribe to the International Line and MTS International services please visit personally one of MTS brand shops*.
The subscribers that use the MTS services less than six months may not be simultaneously provided with the International Roaming, International Line and Conference Call services.
For the existing subscribers: If you use the MTS services for over six months and pay your bills within the established timeframes, it is sufficiently to have a positive account balance in order to activate the aforesaid services upon contacting the Call Center at number 111 (from a mobile phone), or you can activate these services by yourself via the Internet Helper service.
International calls made via the MTS International service are shown in your MTS bill in the “Telephony, including” area, “Outgoing calls made via the MTS International service” field.
In order to subscribe to the service, send a free SMS with the text “ 1” in its body to number 000.
In order to deactivate the service, send a free SMS with the text “ 0” in its body to number 000.
To check the service status, send a free SMS with the text “ 2” in its body to number 000.
How to use the MTS International service
To call internationally from Ukraine, please dial the code of 000 and the required number at the international format:
For example, to make a call to San Francisco, dial 000 1 415 XXXXXXX, where:

000 – special international dialing code;

1 – U.S. country code;
-
415 – area code of San Francisco;
-
XXXXXXX – subscriber’s phone number.
Attention! Starting from 04.06.2011 when calling to fixed numbers of Georgia you need to dial an additional 2, after the city code. For example:
+995 (Georgia Code) – city code – 2 – number.
Starting from 20.06.2011 when calling to subscribers of mobile operators in Georgia you must dial an additional 5 after the country code. For example:
+995 (Code of Georgia) – 5 – area code – phone number.
The calls to the directions +375292, +375295, +375297, +375298, +37533 (MTS Belarus numbers), if dialed via 000, are charged according to the tariffs for calls to the CIS countries via the code 000.
