MTS International is your opportunity to get access to quality international communication using a special dialing code, at prices substantially lower than regular international tariffs.

Using a special dialing code 000, you may make international calls to any country of the world at new discount rates.

MTS International Service Tips

Similarly to international calls requiring the use of codes + and 00, you should be entitled for the use of international line. New subscriber can activate the International line service after addressing the MTS company store in person*.

For subscribers who use MTS services for over six months and pay bills on time it will be enough to contact Customer care centers for activation of this service and to have a positive balance at the account 111 (from a mobile phone).

*Subscribers using MTS services for less than six months can't be provided with International Roaming, International circuit and Conference call services at once.

To call internationally from Ukraine, please dial the code of 000 and the required number at the international format:

• 000 < country code > < area / network code > < phone number >

For example, to make a call to San Francisco, dial 000 1 415 XXX XX XX, where:

• 000 – special international dialing code;
• 1 – U.S. country code;
• 415 – area code of San Francisco;
• XXX XX XX – subscriber’s phone number.

Attention! From 1.02.2006 the city code for Moscow (Russia) was changed to 495. Now to call Moscow dial 000 <7> <495> < telephone number>

All contract subscribers of MTS subscribed to GSM service plans may enjoy the use of the new service.

From October 01, 2008, the standard international rates applicable to calls abroad, the rates of MTS-International Service applicable to calls abroad for prepaid communication service for MTS Prepaid, JEANS and SIM-SIM users have been modified.

International calls made with 000 access code are paid in according to this table:

Business time: Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00.

Non-business time: Monday-Friday 20:00-08:00, Saturday and Sunday – 24 hours per day.

Tariffs are in UAH with VAT, excluding PF.

Tariffing for MTS-International service is per minute.

• 000 – special enter code for international code;
• 7 – code of Russia;
• code of MTS mobile network;
• ХХХ ХХ ХХ – mobile number of MTS subscriber.

The tariff is specified as of 15.12.2007 with VAT, without PF. Connection charge – 0,33 UAH.

ATTENTION! From April, 15, 2008 the calls on directions +375292, +375295, +375297, +375298, +37533 (MTS Belarus numbers) at dialing through 000 are rated as the tariff of calls on the CIS countries through code 000.

How to find your international calls report in your bill

International calls made with the help of MTS International service are displayed in your MTS bill in a "Telephony, including" zone, in a field "Outgoing calls of MTS International service.
