• Visit the nearest MTS brand shop or MTS dealer shop having your passport with you
• Choose a contract-based tariff that suits you most ***
• Sign the agreement on provision of mobile communication services
• Make the initial advance payment depending on the tariff chosen by you

* The discount is granted on condition that you subscribe to the tariff packages with a monthly value not less than UAH 15 from the moment of connection. The offer is valid starting from April 27, 2009.

** The offer is valid as of July 16, 2009 from the moment of signing the agreement and providing that you refuse from receiving a detailed bill by post. After the 12-month period of use is over this service becomes payable and will be charged depending on a subscriber’s tariff package.
