My Family

My Family is the service for MTS contract and MTS Prepaid subscribers that allows You to call to MTS or JEANS mobile numbers you have chosen at unbelievably low price!

Service usage rules

How to subscribe the service

For MTS contract subscribers:

• Please use the free Internet Helper Service.

• Dial 111 number from your mobile in the MTS network.
• Chose menu item "Services and Settings" and use tips to subscribe the Мy Family service yourself (free of charge).

For МТS Prepaid subscibers:

• Chose any tariff package of MTS prepaid service, in which the Мy Family service is provided.

Dialing rules

Dial 7770 number and use tips to install numbers you have choosen in such way:

• 050 ХХХХХХХ, Х – numerals of a subscriber mobile number;
• 066 ХХХХХХХ, Х – numerals of a subscriber mobile number;
• 095 ХХХХХХХ, Х – numerals of a subscriber mobile number;
• 099 ХХХХХХХ, Х – numerals of a subscriber mobile number.

City phone numbers and numbers of others connection operators can not be chosen as numbers of the My Family service.

For change numbers of the My Family service you have installed use the service menu at 7770 number.

Attention of MTS contract subscribers!

After numbers installation You can call on chosen numbers using the short set:

7771, 7772, 7773 ..., where 1, 2, 3 ... is corresponding to an order number of installed numbers.

Attention of MTS Prepaid subscribers!

Call on installes numbers at special tariffs, dialing only in such format: < operator code > < phone number > or +38 < operator code > < phone number >.

Calls on chosen numbers which dialing in city number format (without using network codes 050 or 066, 095, 099) will not be charged at My Family tariffs.

Service cost:

Installing/changing of My Family numbers cost – according to your tariff package.
Tariffing of the My Family service is according to your tariff package.

Attention! The My Family service is rendering to subscribers only in the MTS GSM-network. The service is not available in a roaming.
