What is MTS Bonus for MTS Prepaid customers?

MTS Bonus for MTS Prepaid customers is a loyalty program for MTS Prepaid users. Within this program, MTS Prepaid users can accumulate conventional points called ‘bonuses’ and exchange them for mobile communications services from MTS or gifts provided by the program partners!

Who can participate in MTS Bonus loyalty program?

All MTS Prepaid users (unless otherwise envisaged by the conditions of the tariff package) at the age 16 and older can participate in MTS Bonus loyalty program for MTS Prepaid customers.

Can I participate in MTS Bonus program at the same time with My MTS Discount program?

An MTS Prepaid customer may only participate in one of the aforementioned programs. You automatically become the participant in MTS Bonus program after the first recharging of your account, unless otherwise envisaged by the conditions of your tariff package.

Is it necessary to register for participation in MTS Bonus loyalty program?

Registration for taking part in MTS Bonus loyalty program is not required.

You automatically become a participant in the program after the first recharging of your account unless otherwise stipulated by the conditions of your tariff package and providing you have not previously chosen My MTS Discount program.

However, only registered participants of MTS Bonus loyalty program may exchange the bonuses for magazines and vouchers from MTS partners.

In order to register yourself, fill in a registration form on the MTS web site in MTS Registration section.

What are the bonuses?

Bonuses are the conventional points which the users of MTS Prepaid service can accumulate and subsequently exchange for gifts, unless otherwise envisaged by the conditions of the tariff package.

How can I open an account to accumulate bonuses?

You do not need to open a personal account to accumulate the bonuses. Your bonuses will start to be added to a special additional account automatically after the first account recharge unless otherwise envisaged by the conditions of the tariff package.

Are the conditions of MTS bonus program equal for all MTS Prepaid tariff models?

Terms of MTS Bonus loyalty program are equal for all participants of the loyalty program. However, participation in the program depends on the conditions of your tariff package. For more detailed information on tariff packages please see the “Tariffs".

What will happen to my bonuses if I change the tariff model?

Preservation of bonuses depends on the conditions of a new tariff model. For more detailed information on tariff models please see the “Tariffs” section.

How can I accumulate the bonuses?

The bonuses will be accumulated providing you participate in MTS Bonus and MTS Mobile Bonus programs.

The bonuses will be awarded after each account recharge, the amount of bonuses depending on the amount of recharge and period during which you have been using the MTS Prepaid service.

You will get extra bonuses for:
  • Using RB Aval-MTS card - 1 bonus for each spent UAH 5.00
  • Registration in MTS Registration section - 75 bonuses,
  • As a gift on the occasion of your birthday (only registered participants) – 30 bonuses each year.

How quickly can I get the bonuses?

The bonuses will be added to a special bonus account during:

  • 24 hours from the account recharge transaction by a voucher of any value,
  • 2 days after using RB Aval-MTS card.

How many bonuses can I get?

The amount of bonuses being added to your account after each account recharge providing you participate in MTS Bonus program depends on the recharge amount and period during which you have been using the MTS Prepaid service. Thus, the more money you add to your account and the longer you stay with the MTS Prepaid service, the more bonus points you get.

How can I know for so long I have been using MTS Prepaid service?

You can find out the date of your first call by dialing *777*3#.

How often will the bonuses be added to my account?

Subject to participation in MTS Bonus program, the bonuses are added each time you recharge your account. The bonuses will be added during 24 hours from the moment of account recharge transaction. The bonuses shall not be added if the account is recharged with the help of Money Transfer service.

Providing you participate in MTS Mobile Bonus program, you earn the bonuses each time after you’ve made a cashless transaction. For each UAH 5.00 spent in cashless form you’ll receive 1 bonus.

Besides, you’ll be awarded extra bonuses upon Registration and on the occasion of your Birthday.

How can I check whether the bonuses have been added to my account?

You can check the amount of bonuses on the account in 24 hours after the account recharge and see the progress of the account growth. To find out the amount of bonuses on the account (services are rendered free of charge):

    • Send an SMS íto number 102172; or
    • Dial *777*1#

Can I give my bonuses to another MTS Prepaid user?

Bonuses are saved on your personal account and cannot be given to another MTS Prepaid user.

Can I get the bonuses when staying abroad?

You earn bonuses for each account recharge unless otherwise envisaged by your tariff package. Correspondently, even if you recharge your account while staying abroad, you receive bonuses anyway.

What will happen to the bonuses if my number expires or is out of service (disabled)?

Should it happen that your number expires or is out of MTS service, all the bonuses will be cancelled.

Can my bonuses be cancelled?

Yes, in case you have not managed to collect the necessary amount of bonuses (200 bonuses) within one year from the date of your subscription to MTS Bonus program, then at the beginning of the next year these bonuses will be cancelled. All bonuses collected within a year are taken into account, even if the part of them you have already exchanged for communication services. If you have managed to collect 200 and more bonuses within a year, their validity period will be extended for one more year. If during such year you do not use up the collected bonuses, they will be cancelled.

The bonuses may be cancelled in case you change for another tariff model if envisaged by the conditions of a new tariff model. For more details on tariff models conditions please see the “Tariffs” section.

Also, the bonuses may be annuled if your number has expired or the number is out of service.

What can I get for my bonuses? What should I do to use them?

In exchange for the bonuses you can order communication services and gifts from the partners.

You can exchange your bonuses by calling 111 or using special USSD requests.

If you prefer calling 111 (free of charge from an MTS mobile phone within the territory of Ukraine, 24 hours a day), you have to select the menu options 2, 3 and 5 in the “Exchange of Bonuses” section.

If you prefer USSD requests, then simply dial on your phone’s keypad a request corresponding to the gift selected by you.

It is necessary that you should have enough bonuses on your account in order to exchange them for the gift selected by you.

How many bonuses are needed to exchange them for communication services providing I am a participant in MTS Bonus program?

How much time does it take to obtain additional volume of communication services?

Adding to your account will be carried out within 24 hours after placing the order.

How can I know about prizes and offers under MTS Bonus loyalty program for MTS Prepaid customers?

You can learn about the news of the loyalty program on the MTS web-site and by calling 111 for the program service menu (free of charge from an MTS mobile phone inside Ukraine, 24 hours a day).

What is MTS registration?

Registration is open for all MTS Prepaid customers regardless of their tariff packages.
