Rules of MTS Bonus Program

MTS Bonus loyalty program for MTS Prepaid subscribers is designed to express our gratitude to MTS Prepaid subscribers for using the mobile communication services that are provided under the MTS trade mark.
The organizer of MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid subscribers is PrJSC “MTS UKRAINE” (hereinafter the “MTS”).
 

Conditions of participation in the program

Any individual aged 16 years or older, being a permanent resident of Ukraine and a user of the MTS Prepaid service excepting JEANS (all tariffs), Simple MTS, and CDMA (all tariffs) tariff packages may join the program.
 
Activation of the loyalty program
 
You will receive SMS-invitation for participation in the MTS Bonus program. Following the prompts contained in the message you will be able to activate the MTS Bonus program. Activate the loyalty program and collect the bonuses!
 
Adding of bonuses under the loyalty program
 
The bonuses are added for each account recharge transaction in the amount of not less than UAH 35 (not less than UAH 10 if you have been using MTS Prepaid services for over 1 year) depending on the amount added and period of use of the MTS number.
 
The bonuses are not added in case the money was transferred via the Money Transfer service.
 
The procedure of adding and exchanging the bonuses may be modified without prior notice. Full list of opportunities how to earn and exchange the bonuses is available on the MTS web-site in the sections “How to Get the Bonuses” and “How to Exchange the Bonuses?”.
 
The bonuses added under the MTS Bonus program may be used to order the services of MTS and its partners on special conditions.
 
The scope of services and conditions of provision thereof are set and modified without seeking prior consent of MTS Prepaid subscribers.
 
MTS is entitled to cancel the bonuses accumulated on the users’ accounts any time without prior notice and explanation of the reasons thereto.
 
If you change tariff model the bonuses will be canceled
 
The bonuses would be canceled, if there were no outgoing events (outgoing call, SMS, MMS) from your phone number during 365 days or more.
 
The bonuses would be canceled, if you collected less then 200 bonuses during 365 days.
 
The canceled bonuses can not be restored.
 
MTS may modify these Rules without notice. For the effective version of the Rules, please visit the MTS web-site, section “Rules of the MTS Bonus Program”.

Duration of the program
MTS may suspend or modify the conditions of the MTS Bonus program for the MTS Prepaid subscribers at any moment without prior notice and consent to / from the service users.
 
Procedure of exchanging the bonuses earned under the MTS Bonus program for mobile communication services
The bonuses earned under the MTS Bonus program may be exchanged for mobile communication services:
  • Recharging the additional money account for the amount from UAH 10 to UAH 30,
  • SMS-Bundles containing from 20 to 200 messages,
  • 10% discount on mobile communication services.
 
In case of any difficulties with exchanging the bonuses the program participants may contact the MTS Call Center at number 111 (free of charge from an MTS mobile phone within the territory of Ukraine).
 
MST may in the unilaterally manner set and modify the list of services, the amount of services and the principles of their exchange based on the conditions of the MTS Bonus program
 
Procedure for exchanging bonuses for goods and services of MTS and MTS partners under MTS Bonus program for MTS Prepaid subscribers
The bonuses earned by MTS Prepaid subscribers under MTS Bonus program are used to obtain goods / services on special conditions and / or at special prices from MÒS or MÒS partners only within the scope of MTS Bonus program.
 
The list of partners involved in the program, quantity and scope of goods / services and conditions on which such goods / services can be obtained are determined and may be modified without seeking prior subscribers’ consent.
 
Only registered MTS Prepaid subscribers can exchange bonuses for goods / services offered by the MTS Bonus loyalty program partners.
 
Registration means provision of personal details to enable further delivery of information. Any customer can register whatever his / her tariff plan is. You can register on the MTS web-site in section "MTS Registration" or by filling in an application form at the any company shop of "MTS UKRAINE"
 
Discount vouchers for services and other goods are delivered to a mailing address which a subscriber provided during the registration.
 
A discount voucher can be used during two months from the date of its issue. The date of issue is indicated on the voucher. After effective period expires, unused vouchers become invalid and may not be further used for their intended purpose. At the same time, the bonuses withdrawn in exchange for such vouchers are not renewed.
 
The program participant will receive the ordered partner’s voucher by registered mail within several days. This voucher provides a discount from a partner taking part in the MTS Bonus program.
 
The special price is determined taking into account the standard price for goods / services set by MTS or MTS partners for all users who purchase goods / services on general conditions as of the date of producing the voucher.
 
If the cost of goods / services actually consumed by a subscriber at the special price is higher than the cost of the special offer he / she is entitled to, the difference has to be covered by a subscriber at its own expense. The special offer prices include VAT.
 
 
MTS may not be held responsible for the quality of goods / services provided by MTS partners under MTS Bonus program.
