Use specifics of the MTS Simple tariff

 
Bonuses for incoming calls are granted for every second of an incoming call received from subscribers of any Ukrainian operators as well as from abroad.
 
Bonuses are added to the bonus account upon completion of each incoming call.
1 second = 1 bonus
 
The combinations used to exchange the bonuses for money with further crediting to the ADDITIONALmoney account:
 
*555*1# – to exchange 100 bonuses for UAH 1
*555*3# – to exchange 300 bonuses for UAH 3
*555*5# – to exchange 500 bonuses for UAH 5
*555*10# – to exchange 1,000 bonuses for UAH 10
*555*20# – to exchange 2,000 bonuses for UAH 20
*555*50# – to exchange 5,000 bonuses for UAH 50
 
Money will be credited within twenty four hours to the additional money account and may be used at any time for payment of calls on the territory of Ukraine for the mobile and fixed numbers, send SMS and ñall àorwarding services.
 

Specifics of using the MTS Simple tariff with the MTS Profitable! service

The MTS Profitable! service can only be activated by the subscribers of the MTS Simple tariff.
 
If you are an MTS Simple tariff subscriber, simply send a free SMS with figure 1 in its body to number 1025.
 
If you are a subscriber of another tariff, first migrate to the MTS Simple tariff following which send a free SMS with figure 1 in its body to number 1025.
 

The bonus for incoming calls is granted for each second of an incoming call from Life and Kyivstar subscribers (including DJUICE, Beeline and Golden Telecom subscribers).

The bonuses are added to the bonus account upon completion of each incoming call according to the principle “2 second = 3 bonus”.

 
Combination options for exchanging the bonuses for money with its further crediting to the MAIN monetary account:
  • *555*5# – to exchange 1,500 bonuses for UAH 5;
  • *555*10# – to exchange 3,000 bonuses for UAH 10;
  • *555*20# – to exchange 6,000 bonuses for UAH 20;
  • *555*50# – to exchange 15,000 bonuses for UAH 50.
The money is credited to the main monetary account within twenty four hours and may be used any time and for any direction as well as to pay for any MTS service within the territory of Ukraine and abroad according to the Terms and Conditions of Using MTS Networks.
 
Attention! Upon subscription to the MTS Profitable! service all previously accumulated bonuses on the bonus account are cancelled. The money on the additional monetary account remains available during 30 days and may be used to pay for outgoing SMS to subscribers all over Ukraine.
 
To unsubscribe from the MTS Profitable! service and return to the conditions of the Simple MTS tariff, send a free SMS with figure 0 in its body to number 1025. Upon this all previously accumulated bonuses on the bonus account are cancelled. The money on the additional monetary account remain available for use during 30 days from the moment of the most recent crediting with destination of its use extended to include calls to subscribers all over Ukraine. The money accumulated on the main monetary account remains available during 365 days from the moment of the most recent account recharge transaction.
 

General Information

Attention! The Simple MTS tariff does not take part in the MTS Bonus loyalty program.

Upon migration to the MTS Simple tariff by the existing MTS subscribers all previously accumulated bonuses under the MTS Bonus and EnerJEANS programs as well as money on the additional monetary account are cancelled.
 
Upon migration from the MTS Simple tariff to any other tariff all previously accumulated bonuses under the Simple MTS program as well as money on the additional monetary account are cancelled.
 
The bonuses would be canceled, if there were no outgoing events (outgoing call, SMS, MMS) from your phone number during 365 days or more.
 
The canceled bonuses can not be restored.
 
The Money Transfer service is available on the following conditions:
  • Amount allowed for transfer – from UAH 1 to UAH 5 with an increment of UAH 1;
  • The minimum amount on the account of the initiating subscriber after making the transfer – UAH 10;
  • The money received to you account within the frames of the Money Transfer service does not extend validity period of your number;
  • The maximum number of transfers per day – 20;
  • The maximum number of transfers which you can receive during a day – 10.
The subscribers of the MTS Simple tariff can activate any of the service Packages (SMS, MMS, GPRS Internet).
 
Please make sure you do not forget to extend validity period of your number for 365 days by recharging your account. Otherwise, provision of services to your number may be suspended. Please take care of extending validity period of your number in advance since upon expiration of this period the number may not be restored and balance on your account is subject to cancellation.
 
Attention! If the event of any reasonable suspicion of committing illegal activities toward the network, MTS Ukraine, PrJSC reserves the right to block telephone numbers without explaining any reasons thereto.
