Connection fee is charged per each call. The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation.
Cost of a start package is UAH 30; UAH 1 is the account balance and UAH 10 is the amount on the bonus account (for a period of 30 days).

The rates are specified as of May 15, 2011. The Pension Fund duty in the amount of 7.5% of the service cost is additionally charged excluding VAT.
The tariff package is in effect on continuing basis starting from May 15, 2011.
Within the frames of the package you have a possibility to transfer money in the amount from UAH 1 to UAH 5 (the amount of transfer must be multiple of UAH 1). The cost of this service is UAH 1 regardless of the amount of transfer.
The minimum required balance on the initiating subscriber’s account after making the transfer is UAH 10.
Migration to the Tourist MTS tariff

In order to migrate, you may either use the Internet Helper service or call 7722. Calls to the specified number are free of charge
Cost of migration to the said tariffs is UAH 0.00 (in case this is your first migration after the first call) or UAH 9 (in case you have already migrated to other tariff plans).
The tariff will be changed for you within twenty four hours. Upon migration you will be able to order and activate additional services available in the new tariff.

ATTENTION! For making calls to Russia at the reduced rate make sure that you dial the number using “+7”. In case you dial the number in Russia through the code “000” your call will be charged according to the standard rate of the MTS International service.
