The tariff is indicated in UAH including VAT as of January 15, 2012. The contribution to the Pension Fund is additionally charged amounting to 7.5% of the service cost.
The maximum length of a call to Kyivstar (067, 096, 097, 098), Life (063, 093) and Beeline (068, 039) is 5 minutes. The maximum length of a call to any other direction is 120 minutes.

Within a day after the account recharge for the amount of UAH 30 and more with a single payment transaction you will have the Super service activated automatically under which you will be provided with free minutes.

After the daily service allowance has been used up or expiration of the Super service the rate UAH 0.50 per minute plus the connection fee UAH 0.33 will be established for calls within the MTS network.

Attention! Validity period of the Super service is established according to the amount of the most recent account recharge. Recharging the account for UAH 30 establishes the validity period of the Super service for 25 days even though prior to this the service was activated for 80 days.

Specifics of the Two Zeroes service
Within the scope of the Two Zeroes service you will be granted 5 minutes per day for making calls at the zero rate to two numbers of any mobile operators of Ukraine except MTS. Starting from the 6th minute of a call the charging will be UAH 0.50 per minute. No connection fee is charged on calls to numbers selected for the Two Zeroes service!

To establish or change the numbers of the Two Zeroes service, dial 7770.

Charge for establishing or changing each number is UAH 10 including VAT.

Cost of the Two Zeroes service is charged only in case if you actually use the service and makes up UAH 0.99 per day.

Numbers of the Two Zeroes service should be dialed in the following format: 0, operator’s code and seven digits of the phone number.

Migration to the Super MTS – All Networks with Two Zeros Service promotional tariff:
For the subscribers of Super MTS without Account Recharge tariff plans the migration to the Super MTS All Networks Two Zeroes tariff is FREE! In order to migrate, it is necessary to send an
SMS message to number 102210.
The tariff changes within 24 hours. Order, as well as the activation of additional services available in the new tariff, will be available after migration.

The tariff rates are in hryvnias including VAT as of January 15, 2012 Additionally, the Pension Fund Duty is charged – 7.5% of the value of consumed communications services before VAT.
Money Transfer service
Cost of each transfer is 1 hryvnia (including VAT and excluding PF).
Amount permitted for the transfer – from 1 to 5 hryvnias, each such amount being a whole number within the specified limits.
The minimum balance on the account of an initiating subscriber after making the transfer – 10 hryvnias.
Money received via the “
Money Transfer”, service do not extend the period of validity of the Super service.
The maximum number of transfers during a day is limited to 20.
The maximum number of transfers you can receive during a day is limited to 10.
