Scratch cards is the easiest and most accessible method to pay your bill.

МТS offers scratch cards – a convenient method to top up your account for MTS Prepaid and JEANS customers.

Scratch cards are account recharge scratch cards of the face values: UAH 40 and UAH 100 (cards of the face values UAH 35 and UAH 90 removed from the circulation, they can be obtained only if they are in points of sale)

Upon account recharge with a scratch card of any face value, effective period of MTS Prepaid service is set for 365 days. If no incoming/outgoing calls are made or SMS are sent within 180 days, service provision may be suspended. The maximum call length is 1,800 seconds. Please, take care in advance of extending your card effective period, since upon expiration of this period, a phone number may not be renewed and an account balance shall be annulled.

How to recharge account with an scratch card

To recharge your account using a scratch card, erase protection cover on the back of a voucher. You will see 14 digits under the protection cover – a secret recharge code.

The easiest way to recharge an account is to dial on your mobile phone set keyboard the following combination without spaces: *100* secret recharge code #  (in Ukraine and most countries while in roaming). You can also recharge your mobile account via the Internet Helper service.

You can also recharge your account with the help of a voice menu:

Call 7722 (toll-free, only in Ukraine).

Follow the voice prompts and enter 14 digits of a secret code without pauses.

JEANS customers may also use their customary number 5555 to recharge an account.

MTS Prepaid and JEANS accounts are recharged in a real-time mode.

Check balance on an MTS Prepaid or JEANS account: *101#.

If you have questions concerning your account recharge call 111 from an МТS Prepaid/JEANS mobile (toll-free in Ukraine, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Keep a spent voucher or an cashier’s receipt.

You may recharge your account with a scratch card or any time in Ukraine and in most countries from a roaming mobile. See the list of countries at www.mts.com.ua

ATTENTION! Do not disclose anybody a secret code of the voucher. МТS and МТS partners do not carry out any campaigns supposing (full or partial) disclosure of a secret code.
