The price of call is stated for the first second of every minute of call. Incoming SMS is not charged.
Connection set-up fee is UAH 0,50.

Roaming services consist of the following service elements

Services of maintenance of roaming calls being provided on the territory of Ukraine – incoming calls
Services provided in foreign roaming partner's network outside the territory of Ukraine – outgoing calls to all directions, outgoing SMS
Services on provision of international roaming provided on the territory of Ukraine – connection set up fee

Starting from November 15, 2011, SMS delivery reports for SMS sent while subscriber is roaming are charged at UAH 0,03

Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT without PF

MTS roaming is available on 5 continents.

Calls to Client Service Center number 380 50 508 1111 (or *111* 380 50 508 1111 # when using USSD-request):

within the MTS Countries – free of charge;
within other networks – according to rate in your roaming zone.

The minimum credit on the account sufficient to make an outgoing call equals to the rate for the first second of connection in the given destination.
