Tariffs are specified in UAH, taking into account the VAT and PT by a condition on 01.04.2008.
Tariffing is constant, since the first second of an incoming call receiving by an initiator.
In a case of call making by means of USSD-request, the initiator is the subscriber who has made the USSD-request.
The minimum rest on the account, allowing to make an outgoing call, shoul be equal to costs of two minutes for the given direction.
MTS reserves the right to change tariffs without the previous notification.

In accordance with roaming-partner network facilities, you may take advantage of one-way or two-way roaming service:

  • One-way roaming allows receiving and sending SMS, receiving incoming calls.
  • Two-way roaming allows receiving and sending SMS, receiving incoming calls, as well as making outgoing calls. To make an outgoing call in networks with two-way roaming, it is necessary to dial the special combination of symbols. In a number of networks with the two-way roaming an incoming call may be carried out through the direct number dialing in the international format.

Two-way roaming with direct number dialling possibility

In networks with which CAMEL roaming is opened, subscribers can make calls without special combination of symbols.

Direct number dialing possibility is available for all MTS Prepaid subscribers of, being in roaming-partners’ network with which CAMEL rouming is opened. The service does not require an additional activation, minimum account balance, allowing to make an outgoing bell, is equal to the cost of two minutes for this direction.

In networks where two-way roaming operates with an opportunity of a direct number dialling, the subscriber has a chance:
  • to make outgoing calls by direct number dialling
  • to make outgoing calls by USSD-request (*111* number in the international format#)
  • to take advantage of forwarding service (forwarding is possible only on numbers belonging to Ukrainian networks)
  • to receive SMS
  • to send SMS, by dialling a number in the international format
  • to check the account balance (*101#)
  • to update the account (*100*voucher code#)

* At some cases of the conditional forwarding one minute of the forwarded call is rated as a sum of cost of one minute incoming and outgoing call in roaming.

Dialling of numbers in networks, in which two-way roaming service is rendered

Dialling of numbers for MTS Prepaid subscribers has some pecularities.

To make an outgoing call in the network that supports two-way roaming with direct dial number possibility, it is enough to dial a number in the international format:

+ CC NDC XXX XXXX and wait a message of connection.

To make an outgoing call in a network which supports an USSD-dialling, it is necessary to dial such combination of signs on a mobile phone keypad:

 *111* + CC NDC XXX XXXX#, where

*
Button on the keypad of your telephone
+
or
810
or
8
Button on the keypad of your telephone, that substitutes an outlet to the international line in any country
"+" can be substituted for 810 or 8, if the call is to Ukrainian number. Then the number dialling format is the following:
* 111 * 8 044 XXX XXXX #
ÑÑ
International country code (for Ukraine – “+380”);
NDC
City code or network (for Kiev – “044”, for MTS – “050”, “095”, “066”, “099”);
ÕÕÕ ÕÕÕÕ
Any telephone number;
#
Button on the keypad of your telephone;

Button on the keypad of your telephone by pressing of which you make an outgoing call

Important: instead of “+”, that is an outlet to the international line, you can dial “810”. Then, dialling format is the following:  *111* 810 ÑÑ NDC XXX XXXX #

After the subscriber has made an outgoing call, there will be a message on the display of a mobile phone of the subscriber that the call is received, and there is started a process of connection with a number what it dialled. The subscriber should wait and in some seconds it will receive an incoming call. Having answered this call, the subscriber will hear usual call signals or signals that indicate that a number is busy.

In networks with direct number dialing you may also use voice mail (for playback of messages in your voice box, you need to dial the long number +380501200000), and call forwarding.

Attention!
Calls forwarded with indication of conditional forward are in a number of cases billed at double the cost of an incoming call in roaming. We recommend disabling all call forwarding before leaving if you do not intend to use call forwarding in roaming.

Account updating

The subscriber needs to dial on a mobile phone keypad the following combination of signs to check up the current balance of the account:
*101 # and .

The subscriber needs to dial on a mobile phone keypad the following combination of signs to update the balance of the account:
*100* secret voucher code# and .
