Recharge an account via Support Service, tel. 111

From 2005 and on, MTS Contract customers enjoy the new service – account recharge using a mobile and a bank card.

To top up your account just call 111, select “Billing Principles, International Tariffs and Management by Account", enter a card number and an amount of payment. Data security is ensured by GSM standard devices, payment is effected free of any commission charges.

Description of the service

To recharge your personal account, call from your mobile to a short number 111, select “Financial Matters" and, following IVR prompts, enter:

• card number;
• card expiry date;
• CVV2 code;
• payment amount.

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard cards issued by any Ukrainian bank and Cirrus/Maestro cards issued by Aval, Ukrsotsbank, Nadra and Ukrinbank banks are acceptable for payments.

You may recharge only a personal account of the phone number you use to call 111. The minimum payment amount is UAH 5, the maximum amount is UAH 2100.

Service charge

Calls to short number 111 are free of charge in Ukraine from MTS mobiles.

Payments from cards are free of commission, that is they are free of charge.
