Who can participate in MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus”?

All MTS Prepaid customers can become participants of the joint loyalty program. The users of JEANS tariff proposals may not participate in the program.

In case your tariff model does not provide for participation in the standard MTS Bonus loyalty program, you can take part in MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program "MTS Mobile Bonus" (unless otherwise envisaged by the conditions of your tariff model). In this case you will be receiving the bonuses only under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program.

How will the bonuses be awarded under MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus”?

The bonuses under MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program "MTS Mobile Bonus" are awarded for all cashless transactions made by you in shops, on the Internet, as well as when buying MTS account recharge vouchers from ATMs and self-service stands, both within and outside of Ukraine..

For every 5 UAH spent in cashless form you obtain 1 mobile bonus.

The bonuses will be awarded to the special additional account within 2 days after you have completed the purchase in the retail trade chain or through the Internet.

Bonuses are awarded only to those subscribes that have an active (not disabled) phone number. In case at the moment of awarding the bonuses the phone number is temporarily disconnected, the bonuses will not be awarded.

Is registration necessary for MTS Prepaid customers to participate in MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program?

It is not necessary to register in order to participate in the program. After signing the contract with Raiffeisen Bank Aval and receiving the joint payment (credit) card you automatically become the participant of the program. However, in order to be able to order even more gifts under MTS Bonus program you have to fill in the registration form posted on the MTS web-site in the MTS Registration section.

Are the conditions of granting the bonuses under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program the same for all MTS Prepaid tariff models?

If your mobile number belongs to the tariff model that does not provide for the possibility of granting the bonuses under MTS Bonus loyalty program, you will not receive the bonuses for recharging your mobile account. You will be granted the bonuses only for cashless transactions made by you under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program (unless otherwise envisaged by your tariff model).

What happens to my bonuses when my tariff model changes?

If you migrate from one tariff model to another one, then the bonuses that you accumulated under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program will not be preserved at your account.

How many bonuses can I get?

The amount of bonuses that can be granted to you depends on the amount of the cashless transaction made by you (1 bonus per every 5 UAH). The more you pay with MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint card, the more bonuses you earn.

Where can I get information about the amount of bonuses earned under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus”?

Each month the participants in the program will receive an informative SMS advising them of the number of bonuses earned within the last month under MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus”.

Up-to-date information regarding the balance of bonuses at the moment of request can be received by:

1) Sending a USSD request *777*1# (information on the amount of bonuses at your account).
or
2) Sending a free SMS to number 20172.

I have spent far more money from my card that the amount of bonuses added to my account. Why is that?

You can get this information from an operator at the Raiffeisen Bank Aval Info Center at 521 (free of charge from a mobile phone within MTS network in Ukraine, 24 hours a day).

I have withdrawn cash with the help of an MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval card at a bank branch (or through ATM) but I have earned no bonuses. Why not?

The bonuses are granted only for cashless transactions (for instance, paying for the goods in shops, paying for petrol, purchasing of the account recharge vouchers at ATMs or stands of Raiffeisen Bank Aval). You earn no bonuses for cash withdrawal transactions.

What gifts can I exchange for the bonuses earned under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus”?

The bonuses can be exchanged for any gifts that are included in the current MTS Bonus loyalty program for MTS Prepaid customers.

When checking the balance of bonuses how do I know how many bonuses are left under MTS Bonus program and how many are left under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus”?

The bonuses earned under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus” are added to the bonuses accumulated under MTS Bonus loyalty program, there is no separate accounting for these two types. When exchanging bonuses for gifts the total amount of all existing bonuses is taken into account.

I already have a credit (or salary) card from RB Aval. Can I get an MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval card?

You can open an additional card assigned to your name in addition to the one you already have, or assign the new one to your relatives and friends. In this case all the accumulated bonuses will be added to the number of the MTS subscriber (to be indicated in the application form for opening a card) owned by the card holder.

What are the rules of withdrawal of bonuses granted under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus”?

The rules of bonus withdrawal under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program “MTS Mobile Bonus” are the same as under MTS Bonus Program.

Can I get the bonuses under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program if I participate in My MTS Discount program?

If you participate in My MTS Discount program the bonuses under MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval program will be added to you. In case you discontinue your participation in My MTS Discount loyalty program all the bonuses will be cancelled and new accumulation of the bonuses will be started.
