How to Obtain MTS - RB Aval Payment Card

Conditions of ÌÒS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval Card opening

1. MTS - Raiffeisen Bank Aval Payment Card may be issued on conditions of the bank services package ‘Optimal’ or on conditions of the valid tariff plans of the bank’s Credit Card.
2. To open an MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval Card you have to visit the nearest Raiffeisen Bank Aval branch to submit and sign the appropriate documents.
3. To execute properly the documents for card opening at a bank’s branch please have the following documents with you:
   • Valid Ukrainian passport,
   • Tax payer ID certificate,
   • Certificate of income for the recent 6 months (only for the purpose of obtaining of a credit card).
4. You have to indicate your valid MTS phone number in your application for card opening in order to be able to get the mobile bonuses.

• Call the Bank’s Info Center at 521 (free of charge from an MTS mobile phone within MTS network in Ukraine, 24 hours a day).
