New possibilities to recharge the account in Russia

During your stay on the territory of Russia you can recharge the balance of your mobile account in the MTS Russia brand shops both in cash and by way of withdrawing funds from your bank card. The following bank cards are accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard. Operation of recharging the mobile account is commission free.

 

To recharge the balance of your mobile account, simply tell a cashier your mobile telephone number mentioning that it’s an MTS Ukraine number and pay the amount for which you want to recharge your mobile account. No additional documents are required.

 

The cashier will print out a preliminary receipt indicating the number for which the mobile account is going to be recharged and the amount denominated both in RUB and UAH, which you will have to sign. After checking up the data indicated in the preliminary receipt and signing it, the cashier will accept the money from you and issue you the receipt containing date and time of the payment transaction. Keep this receipt up until you are sure that the money has been credited to your mobile account.

 

You can check the status of your payment by contacting the Call Center of NKO Rapida, LLC at +7 800 555 44 41. The call will be charged according to roaming tariffs for local calls.

 

The mobile account of your number will be credited with the amount in UAH. In the course of crediting the RUB/UAH exchange rate will be applied calculated as follows: the exchange rate established by the Central Bank of Russia as of the day of payment transaction plus 2%. In the cashier’s receipt issued to you upon making the payment you will see the amount in UAH for which your mobile account has been recharged.

 

When recharging your mobile account balance with the help of a bank card, a bank commission for non-cash transaction abroad may be deducted from your bank account.
