Service Administration Through IVRYou may independently order additional services or cancel the use of previously ordered services, using an automated answering machine (IVR). What you need is simply call 111 at the MTS Call Center and order your personal IVR password for each mobile phone number. Ordering Additional ServicesTo order or cancel additional services, dial 111 and select “1” from the section “Services, service status checking, service setting up”. Then follow instructions to select the desired service and enter your password. Press “0” to confirm the order or cancel using an additional service. Your inquiry will be automatically processed in a while. The rates of service ordering or canceling the service are listed in the MTS pricing list. To check the status of additional services, call 111, section “Services, service status checking, service setting up”, press “1”. Changing IVR PasswordTo cancel or change the password for IVR, you need to dial 111 of the MTS Call Center. The services of ordering the IVR password or canceling the password are available at no charge. If a subscriber is located beyond Ukraine (and use the roaming), such calls to 111 shall be chargeable. Attention: Keep your IVR password in secret and do not release to other individuals. MTS shall not be liable for circumstances arising from the release of password details by a Subscriber or release of its free access to other parties as a result of Subscriber’s moves.
