Where to Exchange the Bonuses?To exchange the Bonuses, please call 111 free of charge and tell your phone number. A representative of the Call Center will inform you of your additional account balance and opportunities to get the prizes in exchange of your Bonuses.

Attention! The voucher shall be valid within 2 months only!If you’d like to subscribe to a magazine, a representative of the Call Center will process your order and advise you of the magazines delivery schedule.
In order to get the prizes in MTS brand stores or dealer shops* a private person should have a passport while a representative of a legal entity should have a passport, a letter authorizing such representative to enter into agreements and a seal.
* Key subscribers are not serviced in dealer shops under MTS Bonus program.When ordering and obtaining the prizes under “Travel” or “Leisure” offers from partners of MTS Bonus program as well as when subscribing to a magazine via the Call Center, a physical person is required to verbally inform a representative of the Call Center of its passport details and address with postal code to which a voucher or magazine has to be delivered; a legal entity should send a letter with its order to the fax number 044 240 24 00, which letter must be executed on a company’s official letterhead and certified with a director’s signature and a company’s seal (besides, the letter must contain a contact person name, contact phone number as well as address with postal code to which a voucher or magazine has to be delivered).
