The price of call is stated for the first second of every minute of call. Connection set-up fee is UAH 0,50. Incoming SMS is not charged.

Charge for Mobile Internet (GPRS, EDGE, WAP, 3G) is stated per 100 Kb. Charging interval for Mobile internet service is 100 kB.
Charging interval for Blackberry from MTS service is charged per every 1 Kb. Charge for data transferred and received by means of the service Blackberry from MTS is 0,12UAH per 1 Kb.

** The charge for MMS sent while roaming consists of two elements:

charge for sending roaming MMS as per roaming tariff zone where the subscriber stays
charge for sending MMS within Ukraine according to your rate plan (this part of charge is not included into the tariff table above)

** Incoming MMS in roaming is charged according to roaming tariff zone where the subscriber stays

Tariffs are indicated in UAH including VAT without PF. In addition to this, deduction to State Pension Fund is charged in amount of 7,5% of service price excluding VAT.

Roaming services consist of the following service elements

Services of maintenance of roaming calls being provided on the territory of Ukraine – incoming calls
Services provided in foreign roaming partner's network outside the territory of Ukraine – outgoing calls to all directions, outgoing SMS, Mobile Internet (GPRS, EDGE, 3G, WAP) and MMS
Services on provision of international roaming provided on the territory of Ukraine – connection set up fee

The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation. Connection fee is UAH 0,5, incoming SMS is for free.

Calls to Client Service Center number 380 50 508 1111:

within theMTS Countries zone – free of charge;
within other networks – the first minute is free, the further duration starting starting from the first second of 2nd minute is charged according to rate of your roaming zone.
