The SmartActive service is the web in your pocket without hurting your purse!

The service cost:

the cost for the opportunity to have access to the service during a calendar month is 40 UAH including VAT but excluding the Pension Fund duty*.
the cost of uploaded and downloaded data is 0.20 UAH for 1 MB including VAT but excluding the Pension Fund duty.

* A calendar month shall be understood as the period starting with the first and ending with the last day of the month, for example, from 1 December 2009 through 31 December 2009.

Attention! Cost of 40 UAH including VAT is charged disregarding what day of the month was the start of the service usage. For example, if you start using the service for the first time on 5 May 2009, 40 UAH will be charged from you account and you will have access to the Internet at the rate of 0.20 UAH per 1 MB till 31 May 2009.

To stert using SmartNet or SmartActive service you need:

to have a mobile phone or a modem supporting GPRS or EDGE;
to connect the phone (or the modem) to a PC (a notebook) or to set up access to the Internet directly from the phone;
to activate the Internet services for your mobile phone number by dialing *109*210# on your keypad and pressing the Call button.
to activate* SmartActive service by sending empty test message to 102071.

* MTS contract subscribers should call 111 or use free Internet assistant service to activate the service.
