SMS-Autoresponder

Make use of this SMS-Autoresponder service if you go on a business trip or on vacation or when you are not able to answer incoming SMS from MTS subscribers.

 

In order to start using SMS-Autoresponder service you have to compose the text of your auto respond message. For this purpose, send a desirable text of up to 70 Cyrillic symbols (or up to 160 Latin symbols) to number 3021. After the service has been activated the auto respond message containing the text composed by you will be automatically sent to all incoming messages from MTS and JEANS subscribers.

 

To modify the text of your auto respond message proceed with the same steps you did when setting up the original text of your auto respond message.

 

For example:

Auto respond message “I am on vacation until next Monday.” will be automatically sent to all incoming messages from MTS and JEANS subscribers.

 

In order to temporarily disable the SMS-Autoresponder service and save its text you have to send an SMS with any content to number 3022. To activate the autoresponder service with your most recent text send an SMS to number 3023.

 

Attention! Please note that the length of auto respond message is limited. Auto respond message can be sent to subscribers within MTS network only. 

 

Setting up, activating / disabling of the service are free of charge. The auto respond service is free of charge until September 1, 2012. Cost of the service after the said date will be additionally specified on the web-site www.mts.com.ua/sms-extra.

 

In order to start using SMS-Autoresponder, it is necessary to order service package SMS-Assitant by sending an SMS containing any text to a short SMS number 401.

 

To order SMS-Assistant service package costs UAH 7.00.

 

The service package will be activated within 24 hours of which you will be informed via SMS containing the list of services included in the package and instructions on their setup.

 

Paying UAH 7 you can use the service package through every 30 days.
