After this send SMS-Express to a selected recipient in the ordinary way.

The service is available to all MTS and JEANS subscribers and does not require activation procedure. You can send SMS-Express to any subscriber.

Cost of sending of one SMS-Express is equal to the cost of sending of one standard SMS based on your tariff plan.
