Send SMS messages to home telephones!

To send a Voice SMS to a fixed-line subscriber’s number it is enough to enter the Voice SMS recipient’s number according to the usual format +38 < city code > < phone number > or < city code > < phone number >, dial the text of your message and send it. You are also able to dial the Voice SMS recipient’s number in the format with prefix 00038 < city code > < phone number >. Voice SMS will be delivered to the recipient subscriber as an incoming call with clear voice message.

You can use Russian, Ukrainian and English languages as well as transliteration. Language of the Voice SMS will be identified automatically.

Cost per each sent Voice SMS is UAH 1.80 (including VAT and excluding the Pension Fund duty). Length of one Voice SMS: 160 characters in Latin symbols or 70 characters in Cyrillic symbols. In case you send a long Voice SMS consisting of several parts* all such parts will be delivered as one Voice SMS but each of them will be paid separately.

In case of failure to deliver a Voice SMS to a fixed-line subscriber from the first attempt, the system will be attempting to reach such subscriber by means of repeated calls every 20 minutes during the first hour and afterwards not more often than once every 2 hours within the next 48 hours. Information about the final delivery status of Voice SMS will be sent to the MTS subscriber in the form of an incoming SMS message from the service number “Zvukove_SMS”.

Voice SMS will be also delivered if the recipient uses answering or facsimile machine.

If the recipient's phone is set auto caller ID, Voice SMS will be announced when the recipient answers the call.

The Voice SMS recipients are protected from voice messages containing advertising as well as from substandard lexicon in the messages. Voice SMS sent during the night hours, specifically, from 00:00 to 06:00, will be delivered after 06:00.

* Long SMS messages written with Latin symbols are automatically divided into messages of 153 characters each; long SMS messages written with Cyrillic symbols are automatically divided into messages of 67 characters each.
