Usage of Standard international tariffs service with use of codes “+” and “00”

To make an international call from Ukraine, dial a number in the international format:

+ or 00 < country code > < area/network code > < phone number >
For example, to make a call to San Francisco, dial + or 00 1 415 ХХХ ХХ ХХ, where:

Attention! Starting from 04.06.2011 when calling to fixed numbers of Georgia you need to dial an additional 2, after the city code. For example:

+995 (Georgia Code) – city code – 2 – number.

Starting from 20.06.2011 when calling to subscribers of mobile operators in Georgia you must dial an additional 5 after the country code. For example:

+995 (Code of Georgia) – 5 – area code – phone number.

Tariffication also is valid at calls on numbers of fixed communication operators.

For MTS Contract subscribers

For calls with use of code + you must have international line opened.

To open international line, you may use the Internet Helper service or contact Contact Centre by number 111 (from mobile phone).

All tariffs are specified with VAT. The Pension fund duty in the amount of 7.5% from the value of service is charged without VAT. The specified cost of calls is for the first second of each minute of a conversation. The tariff is including VAT, without PF as of 01.08.2011.

MTS reserves the right to modify the tariffs itself independently and to inform the Subscriber 7 calendar days prior to its introduction.

General terms

International calls tariffication is per second. Prices are given in the first second of each minute, the other 59 seconds - Free;
After making international calls Connection fee of UAH 0,50 is charged for every outgoing call;
The tariffication of SMS messages abroad is 1.19 UAH per message (VAT included, PF excluded).
The tariffication of MMS messages abroad is 5.00 UAH per message (VAT included, PF excluded).

Privileged tariff of UAH 0.49 with VAT on sending messages is available for subscribers of MTS countries* group and MTS affiliated companies in Russia.
