How to Check the Amount of Bonuses

To get information about the bonuses granted during the last month:

receive each month an informative SMS with the number of bonuses earned within the last month under MTS Mobile Bonus loyalty program.
call the Bank Info Center at 521 (free of charge from an MTS mobile phone within MTS network in Ukraine, 24 hours a day).

Information regarding the balance of bonuses at the moment of request can be received by:

Sending a USSD request *777*1# or
Sending a free SMS to number 20172.

Attention! After processing this request you can see the aggregate number of bonuses that you accumulated under MTS Bonus loyalty program and MTS-Raiffeisen Bank Aval joint loyalty program MTS Mobile Bonus.
