Subscription to the tariff MTS Unlimited VIP is free of charge. Single advance fee is 400 UAH.

Cost of migration to new MTS tariff for existing customers is 32,7 UAH. A cost of migration between the packages of MTS is 0 UAH to the package of less cost.

All the prices are in UAH including VAT as of 1.05.2008. Billing is per second starting from the first one. According to Ukrainian law 7,5 percent fee of received communication services is charged to Pension Fund.
